FontRémy booking conditions

[1] Vacation rental subject to confirmation by William (the owner) to the tenant (the client).

[2] To reserve the property, the client must complete and sign the reservation form and return it electronically along with the deposit.

[5] Subject to paragraphs 2 and 3 above, in the event of uninsurable cancellation, reimbursement of the sums paid will be made if the
owner is able to re-let the property. Any costs or losses incurred will be deducted from the refundable amount. It is highly recommended
the customer to take out full travel insurance (including cancellation cover) and to fully cover personal effects

breach of contract will therefore be considered at the initiative of the tenant.

[8] The client agrees to be a considerate tenant, to take good care of the property and to leave it clean and tidy at the end of the rental period.

[10] The owner is not liable to the customer for: [a] any defect or temporary interruption in the provision of utilities to the

injury resulting from adverse weather conditions, riots, war, strikes or any other matter beyond the control of the
owner. [c] any loss, damage or inconvenience caused or suffered by the customer if the goods are destroyed or substantially damaged before the

[11] Under no circumstances will the owner's liability to the client exceed the amount paid to the owners for the rental period.
